Ingredients
  • ½# button mushrooms quartered
  • 2 medium sized Portobello mushrooms sliced thin
  • ½# Crimini mushrooms quartered
  • 1 large red onion julienned
  • 12 ounces (Russian River Fine Foods) Wine & Garlic Marinade
Instructions
  1. Wash and clean the mushrooms. Place all the ingredients into a container to marinate, Pour the Russian River Fine Foods Wine & Garlic Marinade over the mixture and marinate for 5-7 hours.
  2. Grill the mushrooms and onions until fully cooked. Enjoy
